The best thing you can do to get started planning your wedding is to start a list. Sometimes you may even need a list of lists. The more organized you get, the easier it will be to plan. If you have access to a wedding convention or event that can be a really great way to get started! The only trouble with these is they may not come around at the most opportune times for your wedding. A good list to start with is a list of the information you will need to gather. For instance venues, vendors, caterers, guests, dress shops, and jewelers!
Have fun! When collecting sources, I found that the easiest way was to collect as many as I could find and not take budget into consideration untill you have a bunch of sources to pick from. Then when you get a better idea of what style wedding you want it will be easier to narrow it down!
